R3S Global supports the Sports Ground Safety Authority
We were privileged to support the Sports Ground Safety Authority (SGSA) Annual Conference at the Emirates Stadium earlier this year.
R3S Global Director Andrew Amery, alongside the SGSA Chief Inspector Ken Scott, delivered a workshop on the issues and factors of 'The Last Mile', which is the term used to refer to the area between an event venue and the relevant transport hubs.
Andrew built upon the experiences of London 2012 where the management of this area (often called 'Grey Space') was seen as one of the Games' greatest successes.
